摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童眼外伤合并角膜、晶体损伤的围手术期程序化整体护理方法。方法:对13例因眼外伤引起角膜、晶体损伤患儿实施程序化整体护理。结果:本组患儿均渡过手术期,视力较术前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:程序化护理有利于术前心理护理、术后病情观察、出院健康指导及复诊随访计划的实施,可提高手术成功率,保证手术效果。Objective： To explore whole course program management nursing care in perioperative period of the treatment of ocular trauma associated with cornea and lens trauma in children. Methods ： The whole course program management nursing care in perioperative period was adopted to 13 children with ocular trauma associated with cornea and lens trauma. Results： All children who were operated passed the operation stage safely and vision was much more improved （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Program management nursing care benefits carrying out preoperative psyohonursing, postoperative observation of pafient＇s condition, instruction for the discharged and for follow - up and can increase the success and effective outcome of operation.
