中药坚骨液对卵巢切除后骨质疏松大鼠血、尿生化的影响

摘　　要：为了研究中药坚骨液对大鼠实验性骨质疏松的治疗作用，应用切除卵巢造成的大鼠骨质疏松模型，以雌二醇和自来水为对照，观察了坚骨液对造模动物骨代谢的影响。结果显示，坚骨液和雌二醇组动物的骨密度、血钙水平均明显高于自来水对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），而２４小时尿钙、尿羧脯氨酸的含量及血浆酸性磷酸酶活性显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。说明坚骨液能改善造模动物的体内钙负平衡状态和抑制骨吸收，对雌激素缺失引起的骨质疏松有很好的防治作用。In order to study the therapeutic effects of“JIANGU YE”(JGY)(Bone-Strengthening Liquid,a TCM preparation)on experimental osteoporosis of rats,rat models with osteoporosis were made through ovariectomy,estradiol and tap water were taken as the control,and the influence of JGY on the bone metabolism of the animal models was observed.The results showed that the bone density and blood calcium level in both JGY and estradoil groups were markedly higher than the tap water group(P< 0.05);while the urinary calcium and hydroxyproline levels and the activity of plasm ACP in 24 hours were significantly lower(P<0.05).That suggested that JGY could improve the negative balance of the in-vivo calcium in the animal models.inhibit the bone absorption and produce good preventive and therapeutic effects on osteoporosis from estrin loss.
