摘　　要：RH-MFB顶枪装置具有强制脱碳、处理及非处理在线加热、去除真空室结瘤和加铝升温功能。使用MFB顶枪技术已生产405炉钢水。该厂工程技术人员在设计审查、调试及试生产期间对设备、工艺、操作进行不断完善和优化,取得了满意的效果。The RH-MFB top lance is in possession of such functions as enforced decarbonizaion, on-line treatment and non-treatment reheating, elimination of build-up of skull in the vacuum chamber and temperature rise by Al addition. Up-to-date probably 405 heats of steel have already been produced since the application of RH-MFB top lance. During the design review, commissioning and trial production all equipments and operation processes have already been improvised and optimized and satisfactory results achieved as well.
