摘　　要：硅钢连续退火炉的炉底辊质量是影响作业率和产品表面质量的主要因素之一,是硅钢生产技术人员关心的课题。介绍了石英陶瓷辊的应用情况,在大型连续退火炉中全部采用石英陶瓷辊在国内尚属首次,最初出现了许多问题,均得到解决。The quality of the furnace bottom roll in the silicon steel continuous annealing furnace is one of the primary factors affecting the productivity of the furnace and surface quality of the rolled products and it＇s also a problem the technicians of the silicon steel production are most concerned about. The present paper introduces the application of the quartz ceramic roll in the large continuous annealing furnace. In the beginning, quite a number of problems occurred since it was the first time in China to use the quartz ceramic roll in a large continuous annealing furnace and in the end all the problems were solved successfully.
