摘　　要：以COOLBST纤维为原料生产的细号凉爽类织物具有吸湿排汗性能优越、抗皱性能良好、易洗快干、免烫性好、穿着舒适等特点,为此采用条混的方法开发了COOLBST纤维、细号涤纶与精梳棉混纺纱织物;对纺纱、织造等各工序的工艺进行了设计,采取了有效的技术措施对产品质量加以控制;织物性能测试结果表明,所开发的产品完全满足服用要求,但生产中存在毛羽多等问题,需进一步改进。Fine count cool fabric which is produced with COOLBST fiber has the property of better moisture adoption ＆ sweat excluding, better ereasability, easy wash ＆ quick dry, better easy care, better wear characteristics and so on. COOLBST fine count polyester combed cotton blended yarn fabric was developed by using sliver blending method. Processing of each process such as spinning, weaving and so on was designed, and effective technique measures were adopted to control product quality. The test result of fabric property shows that the developed product can satisfy the demands, and the problems such as more hairiness and so on should be resolved more.
