摘　　要：并条工序棉条皱褶直接影响成纱质量的稳定和后工序生产效率的提高。通过对FA311型并条机产生棉条皱褶的成因分析,指出生产中合理选择原料、控制好车间温湿度、保持设备状态良好、合理配置并条工艺,尤其是正确选择输出速度及牵伸分配、确定托棉板入口大小、调整集束器位置是控制并条机产生棉条皱褶的主要措施。Gofer in drawing process influence on the yarn quality stability and production efficiency of back process. Main measures to control cotton sliver gofer was proposed through analyzing the generating reasons of cotton sliver gofer in FA311 drawing frame. The measure are choosing materials reasonably in production, controlling moisture temperature of workshop, keeping better condition of equipments, disposing reasonable processing, especially choosing suitable output speed ＆ draft dispensation and defining the entrance size of under bed ＆ adjusting the position of gathering shoe.
