降低股线捻度不匀的体会

摘　　要：为降低股线捻度不匀,对影响股线捻度不匀的因素进行了分析。因素分项统计结果表明,锭速、股线输入速度、单纱条干均匀度是影响股线捻度不匀的主要因素。通过加强加捻卷绕部位的检修、使用无接头锭带,保证了股线的输入速度均匀,降低了股线的捻度不匀率。The influence factors on twist irregularity of folded yarn were analyzed to reduce the twist irregularity. The result of subentry statistic shows that the main influence factors on twist irregularity are spindle speed, input speed of folded yarn and single yarn evenness. The input speed evenness of folded yarn is guaranteed, and the twist irregularity of folded yarn is reduced by using knotless spindle tape and strengthening the checking and repairing of twist ＆ winding apparatus.
