浆纱工序定量用浆方法的应用

摘　　要：为提高浆纱质量、降低浆料成本,针对浆纱工序考核上浆质量采用试验室测试上浆率的方法存在滞后性的问题,提出了定量用浆的计算方法及具体应用办法,即计算出一缸纱在工艺范围内的用浆量并在生产中以此为标准对用浆量进行控制的方法。实践表明采用新方法提高了上浆合格率及织造效率。According to the lagging of analyzing sizing quality in sizing process by testing sizing percentage, quantitative size mixture method and relative application method was proposed to enhance sizing quality and reduce sizing cost. The concrete method is the calculation of quantitative size in one sizing cycle, and take it as standard to control the size quantum. The practice shows that the sizing accepted product percentage and loom efficiency are enhance by using the new method.
