摘  要:研究了不同强度模拟酸雨对常绿阔叶林优势树种四川大头茶幼苗的生理生态影响.结果表明:轻度模拟酸雨胁迫对其叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性及3种保护酶活性均无明显影响,但随着模拟酸雨pH值的降低,叶绿素含量显著降低,细胞膜相对透性增加,MDA含量显著增加,酶活性受到明显抑制.即在酸雨胁迫下,常绿阔叶林幼苗的生理生态功能被削弱.The ecophysiological effects of simulated acid rain on seedlings of Gordonia acuminate, a dominant tree species in evergreen broad-leaved forests were studied. The results showed that, the contents of chlorophyll, the membrane permeability, the MDA content and the activities of SOD, POD and CAT were not influenced significantly under light stress of simulated acid rain. However, with the decrease of pH value of simulated acid rain, the chlorophyll contents decreased rapidly, the membrane permeability and MDA content increased and the activities of enzymes were inhibited significantly, which showed that the acid rain has affected the normal ecophysiological functions of Gordonia acuminate.
