摘　　要：简要介绍了N-脂酰氨基酸型表面活性剂的结构与分类;重点综述了近十余年此类表面活性剂化学合成方法的研究进展,讨论了其性能及应用研究领域,同时根据其表面性能指出了今后的研究与开发方向。The structure and classification of N - fatty acyl amino acid - based surfactants were introduced. The progress on the research and development of the synthesis of this category of surfactant were summarized in detail. Their applications and performances as well as the future development trends were discussed.
