摘　　要：阐述南非DENEL光电子公司历史与现状,并对该公司在潜望镜改装方面的能力作了全面叙述,简要分析了国外潜望镜技术改造的情况,给出女神级潜艇的ST3攻击潜望镜和M41搜索潜望镜和IBOL潜望镜改造后的详细技术性能,对参与SERO400潜望镜的设计和制造也做了叙述和分析。History and current status of Denel Optronics is described. The capability in submarine periscope upgrades, particularly in technical specifications of ST3 attack periscope and M41 search periscope upgrades and IBOL periscope are fully detailed. Status of foreign submarine periscope upgrades is briefly analyzed. SERO design and manufacturing with participation of Denel Optronics is also described and analyzed.
