摘　　要：我国煤炭资源型城市数量众多,长期的掠夺式的煤炭开采造成了矿区严重的环境问题,成为城市经济转型的主要障碍,制约了这些煤炭城市经济与社会的可持续发展,寻求各种途径解决由于煤炭开发利用产生的环境污染问题,已经成为当务之急.本文在总结我国煤炭城市及煤炭矿区分布特点的基础上,探讨分析了我国煤炭资源型城市存在的环境问题,提出了解决煤炭矿区环境问题的对策和建议.Long - term overexploitation of many of the coal - mine based cities in our country has resulted in various environmental problems which becomethe barriers in the economic transformation of the citiesand limit their sustainabledeve lopment. Thus the present urgent affair is to seek varied solutions to the problems. After making a summary of the features of the cities and coal - mine areas concerned, an analysis of environmental problems is made and the countermeasures and suggestions are offered to settle these problems.
