摘　　要：Callipyge基因以极性超显性的方式遗传。它的表达直接影响肌肉的数量,钙蛋白酶抑制蛋白的活性。本文综述了Callipyge基因的遗传方式、遗传效应及其作用机理的研究进展,并进一步探讨了Callipyge绵羊的肉质改良技术。The callipyge trait exhibits polar overdominant inheritance.The expression of callipyge directly effect muscle mass,calpastatin activity,and tenderness. This paper reviews the inheritance pattern, acting mechanism of the callipyge gene and also discussing techniques for improving meat tenderness.
