NF-кB、G、D细胞在慢性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者胃窦粘膜内表达的意义

摘　　要：探讨NF-КB、G、D细胞在慢性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者胃窦粘膜内表达的相关性。采用免疫细胞化学方法检测脾胃湿热组、脾胃气虚组和正常对照组胃窦粘膜内NF-κB、G、D细胞。结果:正常对照组NF-κB呈弱表达。脾胃湿热组NF-κB呈高表达,较脾胃气虚组和正常对照组表达增强,且有显著性差异(P<0.05和P<0.01)。脾胃湿热组G细胞数量与脾胃气虚组和正常对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05);但D细胞数量则显著低于其它2组(P<0.01),G/D细胞比值高于其它2组(P<0.01)。结论:脾胃湿热组NF-κB的表达增强,G/D细胞比值增大。可能与较高的Hp感染率及其他致病因素有关。To study the expression of NF-κB, G and D cells in antral mucosa of patients with chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat （SSDH） syndrome. Immunocytochemical technique was used to test the expression of NF-κB, G and D cells in the antral mucosa of patients with chronic gastritis of SSDH, spleen-qi deficiency syndrome （SDS） and the normal control group. The result showed that the expression of NF-κB in SSDH patients was overexpressed, and there were significant differences compared with that of SDS and the normal control group （P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01 respectively）. The number of G cells showed no significant difference among three groups, but the number of D cells of SSDH was obviously lower than that of other groups （P〈0. 01）, and the ratio of G/D was higher than other groups （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Higher expression of NF-κB and increment of the ratio of G/D in SSDH group may be related to higher infection rate of Hp and other factors.
