摘  要:探讨卷柏对实验性肝损伤小鼠保护作用机理。采用四氯化碳(CCl4)导致小鼠急性肝损伤的动物模型,用卷柏水煎剂灌胃给药,并设有联苯双酯(BPD)组为实验对照。结果:卷柏能显著地降低CCl4所致小鼠血清中ALT、AST、NO、PGE2和肝组织中MDA含量的升高;并可使CCl4所致小鼠肝组织中降低的SOD活性升高,改善肝脏组织的病理损伤。结论:卷柏对CCl4所致小鼠肝损伤具有保护作用,其作用机理可能与降酶、抗脂质过氧化反应、清除自由基、抑制NO过量成生,降低PGE2含量等有关。To explore the protective effect of Herba Selaginellae on experimental liver injury in mice. Acute liver injury models were made by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), and then were intragastric administered with Herba Selaginellae decoction, the change of the serum ALT, AST, NO, PGE2, hepatic tissue SOD, MDA, and pathological tissue slices of liver were observed. The result showed that Herba Selaginellae could significantly decrease the serum ALT, AST, NO, PGE2 of abnormally high levels induced by CCl4, decrease MDA and increase the activity of SOD of liver tissue, and ameliorate the pathological injure of liver. The protective mechanisms of Herba Selaginellae on liver injury may be correlated to reducing the serum ALT and AST, inhibiting lipid peroxide, cleaning free radical, restraining the excess production of NO, lowering PGE2, etc.
