补肾明目冲剂对大鼠组织脂质过氧化物和超氧化物歧化酶的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨补肾明目冲剂清除体内有害自由基、延缓和预防机体组织细胞生理衰老的作用机理。方法：用补肾明目冲剂对９月龄的雌性Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠灌胃２５天，并与维生素Ｅ组作对照。给药结束后，用丙二醛法测定大鼠肝、晶体蛋白、视网膜、脉络膜组织脂质过氧化物（ｌｉｐｉｄｐｅｒｏｘｉｄｅ，ＬＰＯ）含量，用亚硝酸盐试剂盒检测超氧化物歧化酶（ｓｕｐｅｒｏｘｉｄｅｄｉｓｍｕｔａｓｅ，ＳＯＤ）活性。结果：补肾明目冲剂能使大鼠肝、晶体蛋白、视网膜和脉络膜组织脂质过氧化物含量降低，超氧化物歧化酶活性增高。结论：补肾明目冲剂含有抗氧化物质，具有较强的抗组织氧化、延缓及预防机体组织细胞衰老的作用。s OBJECTIVE: In order to explore the mechanism of bu shen mingmu granule,postponing aging function we investigated it’S free radical scavenging activity.M ETHOD: FemaleWinstar rats aged 9 months in treated groupwere administrated With bushen mingmu granule,andthe control group tvith vitamin E. both for 25 days.After the admininistration,the level oflipidperoxide(LPO) in rat liver.crystallin,retind and chorioid Were determined bymalondialdehyde method respectively.The superoxide dismutaise(SOD) activities of these tissuewere assayed by nitride kid. RESULTS:Bushen mingmu granule decreasel the level of lipid perox-ide and enhanced superoxide dismutase activity in rats liver ,crystallin, retina and chorioid significantly.CONCLUSIONS: Bushenmingmu granule contains some dntioxidants, which haveantioxiddnti、property on tissue lipid and may pldy an important role in postponing and slowing the aging process of the cells of the tissue.
