摘  要:研究了不同的蒸煮工艺条件下各因素对棉短绒浆聚合度的影响情况。结果表明:棉短绒碱-过氧化氢蒸煮的优化工艺条件为:最高温度120℃,用碱量11%,H2O2用量3%,保温时间60min。还简单探讨了漂白对聚合度产生的影响,通过漂白获得低聚合度的浆较改变蒸煮条件更合理可行。The paper probes into the influencing factors of cotton linter pulp' s polymerization degree under different cooking conditions. The result indicates that the optimized technological conditions for the alkaline hydrogen peroxide cooking of cotton linter are: the maximum temperature 120℃, alkali charge 11%, H2O2 dosage 3% and temperature holding time 60min. This article also discusses the influence of bleaching of cotton linter on polymerization degree and concludes that it is more rational and feasible to obtain low polymerization degree pulp through bleaching than to do so through changing the conditions of cooking.
