摘 要:绒毛浆板在解离过程中纤维缠结会影响绒毛浆的弹性、吸湿性能和无尘纸的外观质量。研究棉短绒绒毛浆板解离过程中的缠结现象,旨在提出评价棉短绒绒毛浆板解离难易程度和解离优劣程度的简易方法。结果证明:两种解离过程对同一样本解离存在差异,但都在解离30s时达到最佳分散状态;棉短绒绒毛浆板的水分对纤维解离程度也有影响,水分为9.2%时解离情况最好;显微观察证明棉短绒绒毛浆的均整性差,纤维表面细小纤维是纤维易缠结的原因,同时也与抄造工艺条件有关。调节起绒速度和绒毛浆板的水分会减少绒毛浆板解离时纤维的缠结。During the process of defibering fluff pulp board into individual fiber, fiber twist is a key factor influencing the elasticity and moisture absorption property of fluff pulp and the appearance quality of dust-free paper. Different separation processes of cotton linter fluff pulp board were used in the experiment to study the twist of the fluff pulp board and a simple method for judging the difficulty of cotton linter fluff pulp board separation and the defibering degree was to be put forward. The results show that although the two processes were different in the separation of the same specimen, both reached the optimal defibered state at 30s of the separation; moisture of the fluff pulp board also had an influence on the twist degree with the optimum moisture of 9.2%; the microexamination proves that the uniformity of the fluff pulp was poor with the fiber fines on the fiber surface as the cause of the twist and the papermaking technological condition as a relevant factor. Fiber twist was reduced by adjusting the velocity of the separating machine and the moisture of the fluff pulp board.
