摘  要:给出了双层卷焊铜管上热浸镀Galfan合金的工艺流程,研究了酸洗效果、助镀液成分、温度及浸镀时间、合金液成分对双层卷焊铜管上镀层的影响。讨论了合金液熔锅的选用原则及尺寸,分析了热浸镀的方式。结果表明,该工艺的预处理、助镀剂能够适应双层卷焊铜管热浸镀Galfan合金的条件要求,镀层表面光滑,结合力优良,镀管弯曲180°,镀层无起皮、剥落现象;盐雾试验225h无白锈,具有优良的耐腐蚀性。The process of continuous hot-dip galvanizing of Galfan alloy on roll-welded doublelayered copper pipe was presented. The influences of acid pickling effects, auxiliary plating solution composition, temperature and dipping time, alloy solution composition on the deposit on roll-welded doublelayered copper pipe were studied. The principle of selection of melting pan and its size were discussed and the ways of hot-dip galvanizing were analysed. The results show that the pre-treatment and plating auxiliary can satisfy the demand of continuous hot-dip galvanizing of Galfan alloy on roll-welded doublelayered copper pipe. The deposit has lustrous surface and good adhesion, and has no peeling and scaling off while the copper pipe is bended at a 180 angle. The deposit has good corrosion resistance with no white rust by 225 h in NSS test.
