摘  要:碳纳米管因其优异的力学、物理性能,是一种理想的复合材料增强体,但由于它长径比大,反应活性低,表面曲率大,导致其极易团聚,不易分散,使其复合镀较困难。讨论了Ni-P-碳纳米管化学复合镀层沉积机理与影响因素(包括镀液成分、pH值、施镀温度及表面活性剂)。阐述了碳纳米管的纯化机理。综述了碳纳米管的各种纯化、分散方法及其所得到的纯化和分散效果。介绍了利用碳纳米管提高Ni-P化学复合镀层的抗腐蚀性能和耐磨性能的研究现状,并探讨了碳纳米管复合镀的发展与应用前景。CNT (carbon nano-tube) is a promising reinforcing material for its unique mechanical and physical properties. However, it is difficult to put CNTs into electroless composite deposit because their large ratio of longitudinal axis length to diameter, weak reaction capacity, large surface curvature make them aggregate easily and hard to disperse. And the deposition mechanism and influencing factors (including bath components, pH value, temperature and surfactant) of Ni-P-CNT composite deposit were introduced. The purification mechanism of CNTs was discussed. The methods and effect of purification and dispersion of CNTs were overviewed. The current study status on improving the corrosion resistance and wearability of Ni-P eletroless composite deposit by using CNTs was reviewed, and the prospects on the development and application of electroless composite plating with CNTs were proposed.
