摘　　要：企业是技术创新的主体,企业的技术创新能力直接影响到国家和地区的整体竞争力,因此对企业技术创新的基本态势进行宏观监测是十分必要的。本文就企业技术创新宏观态势监测系统的系统框架、功能定位、分析方法和系统建设与运行进行了研究。Enterprise plays the main role in technology innovation system. The technology innovation ability of enterprise effects the whole competition ability of state and region. It is very important to monitor the main trend of technology innovation in enterprise. This paper studies the system frame, function definition, analysis method, system construction and system operation of the macro trend monitoring system of technology innovation in enterprise.
