国外公益性科研机构的内部管理模式研究

摘　　要：公益性科研机构的内部管理模式是世界各国科技管理体制的一个重点所在,也是我国公益性科研机构改革的重要内容。以美国、德国、日本等主要发达国家为例,分析归纳出这些国家公益性科研机构内部管理模式的特点,并指出对我国科研机构改革的借鉴意义。The inner management pattern of scientific research institution for public welfare is an emphasis of management regime for science and technology in China and other countries. This article analyzes the characteristics of the management pattern of scientific research institution for public welfare in U. S., Germany, and Japan, etc, and points out the illuminating meanings to the reform in China.
