摘 要:试验对脱毒苹果树叶片矿质营养元素含量的变化进行了研究。结果表明:①新红星、金冠、富士三品种脱毒与未脱毒树叶片内矿质营养元素含量在生长期的动态变化基本一致。②三品种脱毒与未脱毒树在不同生育时期叶片中矿质元素含量存在差异。③脱毒与未脱毒树叶片中矿质元素含量差异与品种有关,明显表现为脱毒处理对新红星影响较大。④脱毒处理对叶片内微量元素含量影响大于对大量元素的影响。In this experiment, the variations of the contents of the mineral elements in leaves at early period of fruiting had been studied. The results were shown as follows: ①The tendencies of the developmental variation of the contents of mineral elements of leaves between virus-free and virus-injected trees of Starkrimson,Fuji and Golden Delicious were basically identical during growing period. ②During the growing season, there were differences of the contents of mineral elements in leaves between virus-free and virusinfected apple trees. ③The difference of the contents of mineral elements in the leaves of vlrus-lnfected was related to the difference of varieties, which showed that the effect of freeing virus on Starkrimson were greater than other varieties. ④ The effect of freeing virus on the contents of trace elements were greater than that of major elements.
