摘  要:将50周龄海兰褐蛋鸡180只随机分成6组,每组30只,1组为黄芪组,2组为党参组,3~5组为党参复方制荆组,6组为对照组。中药添加水平均为1%,饲喂3周。检测血清SOD、全血GSH-Px的活力及血清MDA含量,统计生产性能。结果,党参复方组T-SOD和GSH-Px活力极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01);党参复方组MDA含量极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);党参复方组产蛋率与对照组相比差异显著(P〈0.05)。试验结论:中草药复方党参制剂可以提高蛋鸡的抗氧化能力和生产性能。In this paper the effect of compound codonopsis on antioxidation activity and production performance in laying hens was studied. 180 Hyline tan laying hens, aged 50 weeks, were allotted to 6 groups randomly, 30 for each group (group 1 is Astragali, group 2 is Codonpsis, group 3- 5 is Compound codonopsis, group 6 is blank). The Chinese medicines were increased the comparison to 1%. The experiment lasted for three weeks. The activities of SOD, GSH- Px and the content of MDA were determined. Data of production performance were recorded. The activities of T - SOD and GSH - Px in Compound codonopsis were markedly higher than that in control group( P〈 0.01 ); The content of MDA in group Compound codonopsis were markedly lower than that in control group( P〈 0.01); The production performance in group Compound codonopsis were markedly higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). This study shows that the antioxidation activity and production performance may he increased by the compound codonopsis preparation in laying hens.
