摘　　要：钢芯胶带及接头在线检测装置的研究及应用,成功地实现了对所采集信号的分析计算,并做出相应的显示、报警信号输出,实现了钢芯胶带及接头在线检测。该装置对胶带的更换、接头的再硫化更具有科学性和预见性,极大地降低了断带、接头断裂等事故的发生率。On line check equipment of steel core, belt and joint is studied and applied. The analysis and calculate of collected signal axe successfully realized. The correspondent display and alarm signed export are in progress. On line cheek of steel core, aehesive tape and joint is realized. The equipment has the seientificalness and foreseeability to exchanging aehesive tape and joint vulanizing again. The accident rote of belt broken and joint broken is largely reduced.
