摘　　要：目的:从理论上探讨针刺任督脉对脑缺血神经干细胞增殖与分化的影响。方法:本文通过综合近年来国内外神经干细胞的研究进展,从神经干细胞的功能,神经干细胞的增殖与分化和脑缺血的关系,各种调控因素对神经干细胞的增殖与分化的作用等方面,结合中医对任督脉的认识,探讨针刺任督脉对于脑缺血后神经干细胞增殖与分化的影响。结论:从神经干细胞角度,深入对任督脉实质的认识,对于针刺治疗脑缺血的疗效的探讨,具有临床和理论双重意义。Objective ： To explore the theory of the influence on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells after acupuncture at Ren and Du meridians. Methods ： With reference to the recent studies about neural stem cells carried out in both mainland and overseas. We explore the influence on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells after acupuncture at Ren and Du meridian by looking into the function of neural stem cells,the relationship between the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells with cerebral ischemia, the contribution of various kinds of control factors to the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells, and by using the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine about Ren and Du meridians. Conclusion ： Studying Ren and Du meridian from the prespective of neural stem cells is critical to the study of therapy of cerebral ischemia.
