B超检查糖尿病患者Caerulein负荷试验后胆囊功能的意义

摘　　要：Ｂ超检查了糖尿病患者Ｃａｅｒｕｌｅｉｎ负荷试验所致的胆囊功能的变化及与植物神经障碍的关系。７例健康人，２３例糖尿病患者，其中无植物神经障碍（ＤＭ）组８例，植物神经障碍（ＡＮ）组１５例。超声下沿右肋间斜切、右助下斜切求得平均胆囊截面积（ＧＢｓｉｚｅ），计算胆囊最大收缩率（ＭＣ），收缩速度（ＣＲ），恢复速度（ＲＲ）。结果：ＤＭ组ＧＢｓｉｚｅ明显大于正常人，且恢复速度低下。ＡＮ组的胆囊最大收缩率（ＭＣ）明显低于ＤＭ组（Ｐ值＜０．１），ＣＲ、ＲＲ也明显低于正常人。本结果提示植物神经功能障碍导致了胆囊功能的变化，此负荷试验可用于糖尿病患者胆囊功能的检查。Using Caeruleing loading test with ultrasonosraphy,the gallbladder function in diabetics and its relation to autonomic neuropathy were studied in 7 healthy individuals and 23 diabetics.Among the diabetics,8 patients were without autonomic neuropathy(DM group)and 15 with autonomyicneuropathy(AN group).Under caerulein loading test and by means of ultrasonography the size,maximal contractile ratio(MC),contractile rate(CR)and the racovering rate(RR)of gall bladder(GB) were determined.In DM group,GB size was larger and RR level was significantly lower than those in healthy subjects.On the other hand in AN group,MC level was significantly lower than that in DM group(P<0.1),CR and RR levels were signifcantly lower than those in healthy group.The result suggests that the motility of gallbladder is controlled by autonomic nerve and this test can be used to assess the gallbladder function in diabetics.
