摘　　要：义乌外贸人才生存与发展于入世后、市场经济、知识经济、电子商务及全球化时代,并且在被称为“小商品海洋”的义乌这个特定区域。在这些背景下,人才的种类呈现出多样性和多层次性,并且义乌各种外贸人才也表现出共性的优点与不足。政府、社会、学校应努力采取必要途径来改善外贸人才的知识技能结构,以促进义乌国际性商贸城市建设。Yiwu foreign trade Talented Persons not only exist and develop in the times of WTO entrance after, marketing economics, knowledgeable economies, c-commerce and globalization, but also in the special zone of YIWU called the Sea of Small Commodities. In such backgrounds, the categories of the Talented Persons have the characteristics ofmultiplied kinds and ranks. Furthermore, different kinds of Yiwu Foreign Trade Talented Persons have the common advantages and short-comings. The government, society and college should try to take measurements to improve the knowledge and skills structure, so that Yiwu ＂International Trade City＂ construction could be promoted.
