摘　　要：C I策略是现代企业管理的先进方法。高等教育的新发展对高等教育管理也提出了新的要求。将现代企业管理中的C I理念引入高校管理之中,是高等教育产业和高等教育市场发展的需要,是高等教育国际化的需要,是高校自身发展过程的必然。同时要结合高等教育的特殊性质,调动学校各个职能部门的积极性,进行C I策划并加以实施。CI strategy is an advanced method in modern corporate management. The development of higher education calls for a new requirement to the management of higher education. The idea of CI in modern business management must be inducted in the management of university. With regard to the particularity of higher education, the enthusiasm of function department of the university should be motivated and the CI strategy planned and implemented.
