社区学院对美国终身教育体系构建的贡献及启示

摘　　要：美国社区学院的转学教育、职业教育、继续教育、补偿教育等职能决定了社区学院在终身教育体系构建中的地位。在办学特色上,以为社区居民服务为中心,学费相对低廉,学生构成上的多样性、开放性、国际性等特点,使社区学院充分发挥了其在终身教育体系构建中的作用。借鉴美国社区学院发展经验,以终身教育理念发展我国成人教育,可为成人教育提供多种多样可供选择的学习机会,努力满足不同阶层、不同行业、不同年龄阶段的社会成员对教育的多种需求。The functions of community college in America such as transfer education, career education, further education and compensating education determine the status of community college in the construction of America＇s lifelong education system. Community colleges focus on community services with low tuition and diverse student composition, making a special effect on the construction of America＇s lifelong education system. In considering the development experience of American community colleges, the adult education in China should develop lifetime education notion and provide various studying opportunities to satisfy needs of community members of different class, fields and ages.
