应用微电脑输液泵进行快速软组织扩张的动物实验和临床应用

摘　　要：在用微电脑输液泵替代人工注射进行软组织扩张的动物实验及初步临床应用中。证明在扩张过程中“人工推注”时腔内压呈急骤上升，而微电脑泵灌注时腔内压呈缓慢上升；在同样腔内压力下后者的扩张容量明显大于前者。经初步临床应用，修复头皮、额部、鼻等６例不同部位的软组织缺损，平均扩张疗程仅为１６．８天。并且明显减轻甚至完全避免了扩张过程中的疼痛。就作用机制进行探讨，认为应用微电脑输液泵进行快速软组织扩张是安全、有效的方法。The application of micro一computer infusion pump for rapid tissue expansion was re-ported. It gave a continuous,slow and uniform expansion. there wasn't obviously pain and total period of expansion was shorted too.The measured curves of the intraluminal pressure between conventional group and group of micro一computer infusion were significant different.We think that pressue is in-creased slowlly,and it would be more adequate for effective expansion,decreasing pain and other com-plications.
