摘　　要：保障农村妇女土地权益是党和政府稳定农村社会、发展农村经济、实现男女平等的重要举措,然而由于传统文化和社会习俗等多种影响,维护农村妇女土地权益的法律/政策在实践中很难落实。本文以社会性别为分析视角,对保障农村妇女土地权益的法律/政策执行状况进行以文献综述为主的回顾性研究,通过文献搜集并辅之以个别案例的深度访谈,分析这些法律/政策的执行效果以及由此产生的社会后果,并提出了维护农村妇女土地权益的对策建议。Guarantee village women＇s land rights is an important act that the government to stabilize society, develop economy, and realize sexual equality. However, the law/policy practice of village women＇s land rights is difficult to be implemented, because of traditional culture and social custom.This article is a document summary about the law/policy practice condition, it analyzes the performance effect of the law/policy and social result according to existing research material and covered cases, and advances the way to deal with the questions.
