摘  要:关节软骨在体内属缺氧组织,且组织内氧浓度水平呈现梯度,表现为软骨组织表层为10%,而至深层则下降到1%,因此采用空气中20%氧浓度对软骨细胞进行体外培养,显然不适宜。通过对关节软骨组织的生物学特性、生存环境以及不同氧浓度下软骨细胞体外培养的实验研究分析,认为5%氧浓度是体外培养关节软骨细胞的适宜浓度,同时在软骨细胞的不同生长时期对培养基氧浓度进行控制,可将软骨细胞处于较好的生长增殖状态。Articular cartilage is a physiologically hypoxie tissue with a proposed gradient of oxygen tension ranging from about 10% oxygen at the cartilage surfane to less than 1% in the deepest layers.Therefora 20% 02 ,being unphysiological, may not be optimal for the culture of chondtocytes in vitro This article analysis the biological character and survivable environment of chondrocytes in vivo and analysis the study results about chondrocyte cultured under different oxygen concentration in vitro,which suggest that oxygen concentration about 5% O2 is optimal for the culture of chondrocytes in vitro and it is better for its prolification by controlling oxygen concentration during its growth periods.
