摘　　要：DNA疫苗是一种控制感染性疾病的新制剂,目前大多数DNA疫苗是通过注射途径进行免疫,这种方法在黏膜上皮中很少产生免疫反应,而黏膜恰恰是病原体进行传播的主要部位。通过黏膜免疫能更有效地抵抗多种病原微生物感染。因此鉴于黏膜免疫的重要性,DNA疫苗黏膜免疫也越来越被人们所重视。本文主要对DNA疫苗黏膜免疫的研究进展作综述。DNA vaccine is a new preparation to control infective disease. In current, most DNA vaccine can he given by injection inducing immunologic reaction seldom in mucosa, which is just the main propagative location of pathogen. It can resist various mlcroorgamsm Infections more effectivly by mucozal immunization. Owing to the importance of the mucosal immunization, it is emphasized more and more by the people, in this paper, recent research progress of the mucosal immunization with DNA vaccines is reviewed,
