血清内皮素转移酶与2型糖尿病大血管病变的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨内皮素转换酶(ECE)与2型糖尿病(DM)大血管病变的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定30例对照组和66例2型DM患者(其中单纯2型糖尿病30例,大血管病变36例)血清中的ECE,分析其与大血管病变危险因子之间的关系。结果大血管病变组血清中ECE的水平显著高于单纯2型DM组和对照组。ECE与TCH,血压呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关。结论血清中ECE水平的检测对监测2型DM大血管病变的发生、发展有重要的临床意义。Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of endothelin-converting enzyme（ECE） and macroangiopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods To exam serum ECE using ELISA in all cases including 30 in control group,66 in DM group （30 cases are DM without macroangiopathy,36 cases are DM with macroangiopathy）, to analysis the relationship between its level and risk factors of macroangiopathy. Results The expression of ECE and the ECE activity were higher in patients of type 2 diabetes, especially in diabetes with macroangiopathy than that of patients in control group ECE is positive related to TCH and blood pressure and negative related to HDL-C. Condusion The level detection of serum ECE has a great clinical significance in monitoring the genesis and development of macmangiopathy in patients with DM.
