摘　　要：阐述了一种提高闭环加载系统分辨率的方法。该方法以电机配合触力传感器形成加力闭环,并采用柔性机构提高加载分辨率,具有成本低、结构简单的特点。在精密定位接触电阻测试系统的应用中取得了满意的结果。A method of raising resolving power for closed-loop load applying system was introduced, The method took motor fitted with contacting force sensor to form a load applying closed-loop, and also adopted flexible mechanism to raise resolving power. It is with features of low cost and simple in structure. In application of precision locating contact resistance test system, it had achieved satisfactory results.
