百合花芽分化的形态学观察

摘　　要：以切花百合品种“雪皇后(”麝香百合杂种系Longiflorum hybrids的栽培品种Snow Queen)、“西伯利亚(”东方百合杂种系Oriental hybrids的栽培品种Siberia)和“哥德琳娜(”亚洲百合杂种系Asiatio hybrids的栽培品种Gondelina)为试验材料。采用石蜡切片和扫描电镜的方法对百合花芽在不同分化时期进行形态学观察,研究花芽发生、分化进程。研究表明:百合鳞茎内顶端生长点的分化进程可以分为营养生长期、花原基分化期、花被分化期、雄雌蕊分化期、整个花序形成期5个时期。在贮藏期间,百合鳞茎内顶端生长点前期发育速度较慢,后期发育速度较快,并按由外向内的顺序进行。This experiment is about morphological analysis for bulbs of three kinds of lilies, ＂Snow Queen＂（Longiflorum hybrids）, ＂Siberia＂（Oriental hybrids） and ＂Gondelina＂ （Asiatio hybrids）. The process of bud differentiation would be divided into five phases： Ⅰ No differentiation visible, Ⅱ Floral primordial visible, ⅢPetal visible, Ⅳ Stamen and pistil visible. Ⅴ The whole inflorescence visible. The bud grew more slowly in earlier stage and grew faster in later stage, and it grew from outside to inside in turn.
