基于COSMOSXpress的机械零件静态应力分析

摘　　要：利用SolidWorks中嵌入的COSMOSXpress插件,对自行设计的自动导航试验车导向轮支撑架进行应力分析,给出了建模基本方法及分析过程,并指出分析结果对结构改进的提示。研究表明:利用COSMOSXpress插件对机械零件进行应力分析,具有方法简单、容易实现等特点,可以使用在零件的设计过程中。Applying the COSMOSXpress module which be integrated in the SolidWorks system,taking the stress analysis of the vehicle cartwheel＇s bracket which is made by ourselves as the example,the modeling technique and analyzable process were given, and the structure improvement opinion was discussed. The using process indicated： that the COSMOSXpress module was easy to use and may widely apply in the farm machinery designs .
