摘　　要：介绍了GSM短消息的体系结构,短消息接口协议CMPP/SGIP;在分析GSM短消息增值业务接口的基础上详细论述了基于CMPP的一种GSM短消息增值业务平台的设计与实现。This paper introduces the concept and architecture of GSM short message value -added service and the short message point -to -point protocol CMPP/SGIP. Then a design and implementation of the GSM short message value -added service platform based on CMPP is put forward in details. Some important technology issues are also discussed.
