摘　　要：针对输送管道内壁因腐蚀造成经济损失越来越大的情况,研制了一种适用于管道内径 DN70-500 mm、长度9-12 m的管道内涂装工艺系统。该工艺系统主要由管道内除锈、内吹扫和内喷涂三大部分组成,文章详细介绍了这三大工作系统生产装置的组成、操作要点、管道内涂装工艺流程和技术指标。几年的实际应用表明,该工艺系统生产效率高,操作方便,涂层质量稳定。Aimed at the more and more economic losses caused by pipeline internal corrosion, an internal coating process system was developed for pipes with internal diameters ranging 70-500mm and lengths ranging 9-12m. The production equipment composition, key operation matters, pipe internal coating process flow and process specifications are illustrated in this paper.
