摘　　要：本文以一个工厂为例,以线性规划法为手段,对比分析了在劳动力可转移和不可转移两种条件下的生产安排,证明了劳动力分配的灵活性能显著提高企业利润。The thesis takes a Factory as an example, by means of Linear Programming, and analyzes the production arrangement on condition that labour force can relegate or not,then proves that the flexibility in labour force distribution can increase profit of enterprise markedly.
