摘  要:压电磨削测力平台结构优化设计的核心是弹性环与传感器三向刚度相互匹配的问题。文章重点介绍了测力平台在力学建模过程中对弹性环刚度的定义,准确得出弹性环结构的优化边界条件。利用有限元分析法建立测力平台的三维实体参数化模型,完成测力平台弹性环的结构优化设计。通过性能标定实验验证,该测力平台的技术指标全面达到C IRP-STCC规定的动态型测力仪标准。The mutual matching of rigidity from three directions between elastic ring and sensor is the core of problem of structural optimization design of piezoelectric milling force-measuring platform. This paper mainly introduces the definition of rigidity of elastic ring during the course of establishing a mechanical model for a forcemeasuring platform, and then acquired precisely the optimization boundary conditions of the structure of the elastic ring. By using the finite element analysis method, a three dimensional material parametric model is established, and the structure optimization design of a elastic ring of the force-measuring platform is completed, Through a series of characteristic calibration experiments, we proved that the force-measuring platform has fully reached the dynamometer standard stipulated by CIRP-STCC.
