摘　　要：变更活动在企业产品开发过程中不可避免,论文从工程变更的需求出发,分析了当前工程变更的瓶颈所在,提出了基于PDM的工程变更模型和变更流程,并结合PDM中已有的工作流管理技术和生命周期管理技术,阐述了如何保证变更流程自动化控制和变更数据的正确传递与演变的关键问题,最后给出具体的实现步骤和实例。The change management is inevitable during the process of product development. This paper regards change management requirement as start, analyzing the key problem of change management at present, puts forward project change model and change process which are based on PDM. Then through the way of integrated workflow and lifecycle loose coupling, to solve the key problems of automation control in virtual enterprise＇s project change, and the key problems of correct eVolvement and transfer in data changing etc.. Finally, to give the detailed realization steps and examples.
