摘 要:螺旋机械的关键零件螺杆转子的形状、精度和表面质量直接影响着产品的性能,其落后的设计与制造技术一直制约着我国螺旋机械的制造水平。利用测量造型技术可以对国外的先进样机或样件进行产品设计和技术反求,以此加速新产品和新技术开发,缩小与国外的技术差距。文章研究了螺旋曲面的测量方法,实现了测量数据的补偿修正和噪声点剔除,并利用UG三维造型软件建立了螺杆转子曲面的实体模型,为进一步研究螺旋曲面奠定了一定的基础。The shape, precision, and surface quality of screw rotor, which is the key part of helical mechanism, make effect on product performance. Manufacturing level of helical mechanism in our country was always restricted for the lagging of its designing and machining technique. To reduce the technology gap with foreign standards, we can use measuring modeling to make reversed design of the advanced prototype workpiece in any other countries to accelerate the development of new product and new technique. In this paper, measuring of helical curved surface was studied, and compensating, correcting and picking out of measuring data was finished. Solid modeling of screw rotor was established by UG software. These make a foundation for further research on helical curved surface.
