摘　　要：中医药可通过抑制炎症细胞因子的合成、下调炎症介质及黏附分子的表达、抑制炎症细胞的功能等多种途径干预脑缺血后炎症反应,发挥脑保护作用。The inflammatory reaction after acute cerebral infarction （ACI） can prompt the cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury. Chinese medicine can interfere inflammatory reaction including inflammatory factors, inflammatory neurogens, adhesion molecule and function of inflammatory cells to improve cerebral ischemia injury.
