摘 要:在纯水液压系统中,采用纯水取代矿物油作为压力介质,保持水质长期稳定是确保水压系统长期可靠工作的前提。本文比较了生活饮用水和纯水对水质要求的异同,结合水处理技术,在颗粒杂质、腐蚀、沉积、微生物、系统清洗等方面探讨了水质问题可能对纯水液压系统的不利影响及相应对策,给出水压系统水质参数的推荐值,最后简述了对水压系统在使用过程中定期清洗的具体实例。Water hydraulic systems use water instead of oil as a pressure medium, so well keeping the water quality for long time is the foundation of making water hydraulic system run reliably. The differences between the requirements for tap water and those for water in water hydraulics were contrasted. With the help of water treatment technique, the potentially bad influence of water on water hydraulic system and the corresponding solutions were discussed in the aspects of impurity, erode, sediment, microbe and system cleaning. A recommended water quality parameter was given for water hydraulics and an example on how to clean a water hydraulic system periodically was described,
