电液伺服阀的液压桥路设计与抗污染特性研究

摘  要:针对传统电液伺服阀的抗污染能力不高的问题,提出了全新的U形四孔全桥式液压桥路的设计方案。该方案采用了2孔长间距270°串联布置,在典型的主阀芯结构形式的基础上,通过增加先导级液阻,扩大固定节流孔直径,防止了射流对流态和节流效果的影响,使抗污染能力有较大提高。实际的应用表明,改进后的阀在提高抗污染能力的同时并没有影响阀的其它特性。In view of the low anti-pollutional characteristic of traditional electrohydraulic servovalves, a new design plan of U form and four bores entire hydraulic bridge was proposed, This plan uses the dispose of two series-wound bores, the spacing of which is long and the angle of which is. By increasing the hydraulic damp of the pilot and expanding the diameter of the fixed orifice based on the typical structure of main spool, the influence of effluxion on the flow pattern and the throttle effect was prevented, the anti-poilutional characteristic was enhanced. The actual application indicates that the anti-pollutional characteristic of the improved valves is increased, while the other characteristics of the valves are not affected.
