低温对急性胰腺炎鼠多脏器功能的影响

摘　　要：目的讨探低温对急性胰腺炎大鼠的多脏器功能保护作用及对生存时间的影响。方法将健康大鼠随机分成三组。A组：低温实验组（32-33℃）；B组：常温实验组（37．0-37．5℃）；C组：假手术对照组。分别测定各组各时段的血清淀粉酶、肝、肾功能，观察病理形态学改变、动物生存时间、生存率等。结果A组除肺损伤较B组明显外，其它胰外器官组织的病理学改变与肝肾功能损害均较轻。第2、6、12h，A组与B组血清酶明显升高（p均〈0．01），但A组低于B组（p均〈0．05）。血中转氨酶及肌酐、尿素氮在2h点时。A、B组与C组比较差异无显著，而在6、12h时差异显著。结论低温（32-33℃）能减轻急性胰腺炎大鼠的肝肾功能损害和病理改变；降低血淀粉酶水平，延长生存时间。Objective To investigate the influence of hypothermy to protection and live time of acute pancreatitis . Methods Healthy rate were divided into 3 groups , group A as hypothennal group （32 - 33℃ ） ; group B as common temperature group （37.0 - 37.5℃ ） ; group C as control group . Pathological change were observed serum amylase ,liver and renal function ,life span and survival rate were measured at different time . Results except for more damage in lung in group A compared with group B ,there was slightly less damage of liver and renal fuction and pathologic change in other organs in group A than in group B . At time 2h ,6h,12h,the sero - enzyme in both group A and B was notably increased （p 〈 0.01 ）, and it is lower in group A than that in group B（p 〈 0.05）. There was no difference of transaminase , creatinine and urea nitrogen in A , B and C group , but the difference was notable with 6 h and 12 h point. Conchtsion hypothermy （32 - 33℃ ） could extenuate the damage to live and renal function , reduce the pathological change , lower the hemediastase and prolong the life span .
