摘 要:针对CSP薄板坯连铸连轧生产线生产集装箱板用钢SPA-H铸坯的实际,分析讨论了引起铸坯表面纵裂纹和缺陷的各影响因素,主要包括保护渣、钢的成分、结晶器热流密度、拉速等,据此提出将[C]控制在≤0.06%,保护渣的水分含量控制在≤0.5%,采用电磁制动技术及二次冷却工艺等措施,使得CSP生产板材用料的合格率提升了约4%。For the production of continuous casting and rolling SPA-H steel slab by CSP (Compact Strip Production) factors effecting longitudinal cracks and other defects were analyzed, including protective slag, composition of steel, heat flux through the mold, drawing speed etc. Based on the analysis it was suggested that steel carbon is controlled to 〈0.06%, slag moisture ≤0.5%, and using electromagnetic braking technique and secondary cooling in the steel slab production. After taking these measures the continuous casting slab surface quality is improved and scrap rate is reduced by 4 %.
