不明原因胸痛患者的活动平板试验研究

摘　　要：目的为了正确分析活动平板试验(TET)阳性结果,提高诊断水平。方法:对185例心电图,动态心电图．彩色超声心动图,X线和食道检查正常,不明原因胸痛患者进行活动平板检查,结果 185例不明原因胸痛患者有69．2％平板异常,30．8％正常。在异常患者中符合冠心病(CHD)诊断32．4％,心律失常(VT)39．5％,血压下降(DBP)55．1％,V1ptf≤-0.03mms24．3％, 不能达到最大心率(MHR<100％)47．6％,活动级数(ED)<3级21．1％。结论认为TET不仅对CHD诊断,评估预后具有重要作用,而且对其它心脏病诊断和诱发VT,活动后血压下降,了解活动耐量和心脏功能具有较好临床价值。Objective： To correctly analyze the positive results of treadmill exercise Test （TET） and improve the level of diagnosis of CHD. Method： 185 patients feel chest discomfort, who are nomal at electrocardiogram （ECG）, dynamic electrocardiogram （DCG）, color ultrasonic electrocardiogram （CUCG）, X-ray and esophagus check, runTET. Results ： 69.2% of the 185 patients are abnormal at TET,and 30.8% of them are normal 32.45 of the patients who abnormal at TET are diagnosised as coronary heart diseas, 39.5%of them are diagnosised as arrhythmia （vt）, 55.1% of them are diagnosised blood press dropped Vlptf ≤-0.03mms take24.3%.47.6% of them can achive target heart rate,21.1% of them are can not get exercise level3. Conclusion： TET can not only take an important action in diagnosised coronary heart disease （CHD） and evaluating its prognosi, but also have important clinical value in diagnosisng other heart disease, evoking VT, blood press dropped after exercise, comprehending exercise tolerance and cardiac function.
